GRPSEO WINTER UPDATE  2025

 

Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.

The Office is Closed on the following dates:
Monday, November 11, 2024 (Remembrance Day)
Thursday, December 5, & Friday, December 6, 2024 (Staff Planning)
Friday, December 23, 2024 to Monday, January 1, 2025
Reopening: Thursday, January 2, 2025

Fall semester contacts are due by November 1st.  If you do not contact your Post Secondary
Funding Advisor your December funds will be placed on Hold.
Having completed your contact, January funds will be deposited December 31, 2024.

A MESSAGE FROM YOUR POST SECONDARY FUNDING ADVISORS

Good Luck to all students who will be writing exams and finishing final projects/papers during the month of December.
FYI: Many schools will defer the tuition invoicing to our office as we are a Third Party Sponsor, and will start their billing process after the add/drop period. Sometimes you may see late charges, or interest charges posted to your account that will be removed once the school actually invoices our office. We will withhold payment if the invoice has been received and the student’s required tuition fee document is missing. In this situation, if late charges or interest fees are incurred, they will be the student’s responsibility.   
REMEMBER to opt out of your health/dental insurance plans AND any Optional Supplementary/Ancillary fees for the winter term by your school’s deadline date, if opt out is available to you. You may choose to keep your school’s plans, however these fees are not covered by GRPSEO.

Apply online for Summer Assistance before February 1, 2025.
When applying online REMEMBER to check your information for accuracy - especially for any changes you may have made throughout the year, e.g. email address.

Note: email address needs to be updated online even if you have provided the latest email address to your Funding Advisor.

The Following Documents are Due no later than February 1:
  • Winter 2025 Tuition Fees & the Detailed Tuition Fees showing the breakdown of fees.
  • Fall 2024 Marks or a Letter of Good Standing if you are in graduate level of studies.
  • Winter 2025 Course Registration/Timetable.
